Re-introduce the AO/OTA classification in the Surgery Reference

I understand that it was desirable to remove the dependenciy between content structure and the classificaiton, especially after the classificaiton was revised. However, we still need to classify, and not everyone has access to the classificaiton app when doing so. It would be great if there would be a dedicated page (linked to the AO Surgery Reference) that could help with classificaiton.
