Posterior approaches to the tibia

It would be helpful to include approaches to the posterolateral surface of the tibia.
Also combined approach to both the posterolateral and posteromedial surface.

Thanks for your feedback. We´ve just released a revised tibial shaft module and we included the approach to the posterolateral surface of the tibial shaft.
